Programm

Das Programm contemplari versucht, die für größtmögliche Diversität im Bereich der aktuellen Musik zu vereinen und in eine gemeinsame Resonanz durch das Thema Versenkung zu bringen. Im Kirchenraum lässt sich die wortlose Einladung spüren, still zu werden, inne zu halten und vielleicht dadurch auch eine offenere Wahrnehmung zu bekommen.

Drechsler Ulrich – Essences / Part 1
"Die „Essenzen“ orientieren sich am perfekten musikalischen Zustand - der Stille. Jede Form von Musik, egal welchen Genres,  entsteht aus der Stille heraus und kehrt in sie zurück - unwiederbringlich. Alles dazwischen ist Klang. Dieser grundlegende, kleinste Baustein ist der Schlüssel dafür, warum Musik uns emotional so berührt, warum wir in Konzerte gehen, warum Musik uns unser ganzes Leben hindurch begleitet und einfach zum Menschsein dazugehört. Das ist die Essenz der Musik.„

Nassif Rafael – mārīcī
mārīcī ist eine weibliche Manifestation des Erleuchtungsgeistes. In verschiedenen buddhistischen Traditionen gilt sie als Gottheit (oder Buddhaaspekt), die schnell Segnung und Inspiration (hervor)bringt. Ihre Form ist nicht fixiert und sie manifestiert sich aufgrund der Fähigkeiten oder Bedürfnissen derjenigen, die ihre spirituelle Unterstützung brauchen. In der geplanten Komposition kommt es zur feinen Kombination von spezifischen Klängen und Stille-Momenten mit leisen Mantras von den Handys der MusikerInnen abgespielt, die mit den Instrumenten verschmelzen. Die MusikerInnen spielen weit voneinander entfernt und setzen sich einmal gegenseitig fort und komplementieren sich ein anderes Mal. Eine Art subtiler und friedlicher Schwebezustand, um sich dem Gewahrsein zu öffnen.

Kirchner Dietmar - Contemplari 
Das Stück besteht aus 3 Teilen, die jeweils eine andere Betrachtungsweise (contemplari / betrachten beschauen) auf mein Inneres veranschaulichen. Das Stück wird durch die distanzierte Betrachtung oder durch Ändern des Blickwinkels zuhörens ruhiger.

For two bass clarinets, wind chimes, triangles, bells and harmonicas.
The first idea of this scores and miniatures for the duo Stump-Linshalm came while preparing a duo concert with colleague and friend Jérôme Noetinger, working live with 6 REVOX tape recorders. The concept was to record live with the REVOX the specific sound of the machines themselves and with those recordings and loops slowly construct sound textures and architectures that later on, with the use of a magnet on the magnetic tapes, would be slowly erased. Everything what has been done during that small hour would be gone for ever. At the end there was no sound anymore on the tape, only silence, as at the beginning, only a mute magnetic tape.
A sound palindrome
A sort of homage to ephemerality.
I wished work on with this idea, thinking how to make such fragile atmospheres for instruments, how to play / work / compose with sounds which can disappear, can be erased by other sounds, to play with silence, with things which can be there or no, with live sound construction processes, with illusion and abstraction.
I wanted to make special scores and instructions which would aloud „natural“ reverberating processes. I remembered this haunting and magic „Sternbilder“ of Gerhard Richter and the strong effect they make on me… I saw them from the very beginning as scores of music and they inspired a lot my research of new ways of notation for my sounds….
And there are stars and their light… which is here but not there anymore.
I mixed all this themes for this piece, as I always do in my music: play with analogies, find many images and let them all float around myself for a while … till I write something: Magnetism, magnetic tapes, notation, magnets, stars, duality, observing, Gerhard Richter, listening, acting, reacting, abstraction, illusion, darkness, light, silence, sound…
This 5 short pieces, that are only the beginning of a longer series of black scores, are dedicated to the beautiful people involved in this process: Petra Stump-Linshalm and Heinz-Peter Linshalm as well as Jérôme Noetinger.
